Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Summer Squash
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (Optional)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (Grated or Shredded)

Instructions

  • Chop Squash into roughly 1 inch pieces
  • Add to bowl and sprinkle with all ingredients except Parmesan Cheese
  • Mix ingredients together and add to Air Fryer
  • Cook at 360 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden
  • Plate up the Squash and Top with Parmesan Cheese.
  • Enjoy!
