The Best Taco Shell made with deep fried Corn Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 1 package Corn Tortillas
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Fill saucepan with a couple inches of oil and heat on medium high heat
  • Lower heat and fry corn tortillas for a couple of seconds on one side
  • Using tongs, Flip Tortilla over and fold in half
  • Cook on both sides until golden
  • Remove shell from oil and drain on paper towels
  • While still hot, make sure to salt taco shells
  • Fill with your favorite taco ingredients and Enjoy
