Fresh Fruit Salad

Quick and Easy Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Apples
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 2-3 Oranges
  • 3-4 Kiwis
  • 2-3 Bananas
  • 1/2 jar Maraschino Cherries
  • 2-3 tbsp Maraschino Cherry juice
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Almond Slices

Instructions

  • Wash and prep all fruits, cutting them in similar sized pieces. Save pineapple core.
  • Segment the oranges, but if you are pressed for time use a can of mandarin oranges instead
  • Place chopped Apples, Oranges, Pineapple, and Kiwi in a bowl
  • Squeeze juice from the core of pineapple over the top of fruit
  • Drizzle cherry juice over top of fruit and toss to in
  • Arrange sliced bananas over top of fruit
  • Sprinkle coconut flakes and sliced almonds over the top and Enjoy
