Quick and Easy Fresh Fruit Salad

- 2-3 Apples
- 1 Pineapple
- 2-3 Oranges
- 3-4 Kiwis
- 2-3 Bananas
- 1/2 jar Maraschino Cherries
- 2-3 tbsp Maraschino Cherry juice
- 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cup Almond Slices
Wash and prep all fruits, cutting them in similar sized pieces. Save pineapple core.
Segment the oranges, but if you are pressed for time use a can of mandarin oranges instead
Place chopped Apples, Oranges, Pineapple, and Kiwi in a bowl
Squeeze juice from the core of pineapple over the top of fruit
Drizzle cherry juice over top of fruit and toss to in
Arrange sliced bananas over top of fruit
Sprinkle coconut flakes and sliced almonds over the top and Enjoy
