Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cups Oil for Frying

Instructions

  • Season Pork Chops with Salt and Pepper.
  • Prep 3 shallow bowls. Add flour, salt and pepper to one bowl, eggs beaten with a tablespoon of water in one bowl, and breadcrumbs in the other.
  • Dip chops in egg wash, then flour, back in egg wash, then in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry pork chops in 1/2 inch of oil until cooked through, and golden brown.
  • Remove from oil, and place on paper towel to drain.
  • Add a sprinkle of salt to each chop while still hot.
