Season Pork Chops with Salt and Pepper.
Prep 3 shallow bowls. Add flour, salt and pepper to one bowl, eggs beaten with a tablespoon of water in one bowl, and breadcrumbs in the other.
Dip chops in egg wash, then flour, back in egg wash, then in breadcrumbs.
Fry pork chops in 1/2 inch of oil until cooked through, and golden brown.
Remove from oil, and place on paper towel to drain.
Add a sprinkle of salt to each chop while still hot.
