Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Strawberries
  • 1/2 Block Chocolate Almond Bark

Instructions

  • Using a double boiler, or a heat safe dish over a small pot of water, melt chocolate on low heat.
  • Wash strawberries and let dry on a paper towel. Dab any excess moisture off before dipping.
  • Dip strawberries in chocolate and lay on parchment paper.
  • Pop strawberries in fridge or freezer for 20 minutes to harden. Make sure not to let freeze.
  • Serve once chocolate is hardened. The sooner you eat them the better they are.
