Caramel Apple Fruit Pizza Cookies

Easy Caramel Apple Fruit Pizza Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 roll Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1 block Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tub Cool Whip
  • 1-2 tsp Peanut Butter (optional)
  • 2-3 small Apples
  • 1/2 Cup Caramel Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven according to Package Instructions & Bake cookies until lightly golden (I prefer slightly under cooked).
  • To make topping, Mix Softened Cream Cheese and Powdered Sugar until smooth, and fold in peanut butter and Cool Whip.
  • Slice Apples into thin slices and add a tbsp of Lemon Juice to keep them from browning.
  • Let cookies cool completely. Spread Topping evenly over cookies.
  • Top with Apples, A drizzle of Caramel, and Chopped Nuts. You can also add a sprinkle of brown sugar to make them extra cute.
  • Serve Cold and Enjoy!
