Easy Homemade Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Flour Tortilla's
  • 6 Eggs (scrambled)
  • 5-6 Medium Potatoes
  • 8 pieces of Bacon
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Add bacon to air fryer at 375 degrees and cook until crispy. You can also cook bacon on a cookie sheet in the oven at 375 degrees.
  • Peel Potatoes and dice into small pieces. Add to a microwave safe container with water, butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Place lid on top, but do not seal. Cook in the microwave for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  • In a medium skillet scramble eggs. You can add 1/4 cup cheese to the eggs (optional)
  • Warm tortillas in microwave, and start assembling your burritos.
  • Place tortilla on plate, and top with eggs, shredded cheese, potatoes, and bacon. Add picante sauce if you want a little extra flavor.
  • Roll up tortillas, serve hot, and enjoy!
  • **Tip try dipping them in ketchup. It is my absolute favorite.
