Maple Brown Sugar Carrots

Quick and Easy Maple & Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 8-10 large Carrots Or* 1 Bag of Baby Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil
  • Peel & cut carrots to desired size
  • Boil carrots 10-15 min or until tender
  • Drain water off carrots
  • Add butter, brown sugar, and syrup to carrots and return to heat
  • Simmer 10 minutes or until ingredients start to reduce creating a sweet glaze
