The next step to making a great taco is the shell, my favorite part. The Best Taco Shells are hard to find, but let me tell you, I have found them. You may think finding a good taco shell is about the brand, or even corn vs. flour tortillas. But I think it is all about how they are cooked. The Best Step
The last step in making the Best Chicken Taco is all about how you prepare them. I usually like a taco with all the fixings; lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, you name it. But these chicken tacos are so good you don’t need all the rest. All you have to do is take your taco shell, fill it with chicken, but not too much, then top it with cheese. Simple enough, right? But I’m not done yet.
The best part about these tacos is the dip. You heard me, you gotta dip them. Making the dip is so easy, but it takes these tacos over the top. Just two ingredients, sour cream and Tapatio hot sauce. Yes, it needs to be Tapatio hot sauce, trust me. All you have to do is use a spoonful of sour cream and shake the hot sauce on top, then mix it up. The hotter you like it, the more sauce you can add.
