Mini Cannoli Cookie Bites

These Mini Cannoli Cookie Bites made with sugar cookie dough is the perfect sweet treat. One of my go-to desserts because they are so simple and always a hit.

My family loves them, and I can never make enough of these. They give fruit pizza vibes, and everyone literally lines up over any type of fruit or candy pizza dessert. I also have a cookie sheet sized fruit pizza recipe that is also perfect for a crowd.

Mini Cannoli Bite Toppings

I love using mini chocolate chips because I always have them on hand, but you can add whatever fruit, or other candies, you like. These little tarts would also be the perfect treat to make for a kids (or adult) party, and let everyone add their own toppings.

Mini Cannoli Cookie Bite Tips

I have a couple tips for creating the perfect mini cookie every time. First, make sure to let your cream cheese set to room temperature before whipping up your frosting. Cream cheese is my secret weapon for this recipe, and it is so much better when it softens. Trust me you don’t want a lumpy topping.

Another tip for this recipe is to make sure to let your cookie dough cool completely before adding your icing and toppings. This will make sure your icing stays perfectly whipped.

These Mini Cannoli Cookie Bites are a must try for your next family get together, or even next Monday night. Any time is the right time for cookies. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry.
