Werther's Original Hard Candies
1/4-1/3
cup
Milk (2% or Whole)
Instructions
Unwrap candies and place them in a medium sized skillet on low heat
Warm until candies are starting to melt and get soft
Add several tablespoons of milk to the caramels and start to incorporate them together, stirring constantly
Keep adding in milk, a little at a time, until you get the consistency you desire
