Cream Cheese Cucumber Bites

Easy Cream Cheese Cucumber Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1/3 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Wash and slice cucumbers to your desired size.
  • If you have time, sprinkle the cucumbers with salt and let sit several minutes. This will draw out moisture, and make adding the cream cheese easier. Just use a paper towel to dab off any moisture.
  • Spread cream cheese on each of the cucumber slices.
  • Top with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning, or your favorite spices.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
