Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes (Use rotel if you like heat)
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • 3 cans Beans (Chili and/or Kidney)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2-3 cups Beef Broth

Instructions

  • In large pot, brown Ground Beef with 1 tbsp Chili Powder and Salt and Pepper to taste, drain any excess grease.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to pot. Remember to drain Kidney beans if you use them.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat stirring until all ingredients are incorporated. Add more broth if you like a thinner chili.
  • Turn on low heat and simmer covered for 30-45 minutes.
  • Serve hot and Enjoy!
