In large pot, brown Ground Beef with 1 tbsp Chili Powder and Salt and Pepper to taste, drain any excess grease.
Add all remaining ingredients to pot. Remember to drain Kidney beans if you use them.
Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat stirring until all ingredients are incorporated. Add more broth if you like a thinner chili.
Turn on low heat and simmer covered for 30-45 minutes.
