Easiest Peach Cobbler

Easiest Peach Cobbler is just that, easy, and man oh man, is it delicious. Made with just 3 simple ingredients, you will love this recipe. Keep reading below to find out how I make my Easiest Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix.

What Peaches to Use for Peach Cobbler?

You have so many options when it comes to Peach Cobbler including what kind of Peaches to use. My most favorite peaches to use are fresh. I grew up in the Peach Capital of Missouri, so I love a good fresh peach. But canned peaches or frozen peaches are equally as yummy. I promise.

How Sweet is too Sweet When it Comes to Peach Cobbler?

I think the biggest mistake people make when it comes to cobbler is not getting enough sugar. Peach Cobbler is a dessert, and I want mine to be SWEEET, but not too sweet.

I like to add plenty of sugar and some cinnamon in as well.  The best cobblers always have a glossy sweet topping with a warm gooey filling. I can taste it now.

Topping Your Cobbler

Topping your cobbler may be the most important part. I personally prefer a more cake like topping over a pie crust topping. And I like some chew to it. The best peach cobblers are always a little chewy with some golden slightly crunchy bits around the edges.

No matter how you like your cobbler, I am sure you will love this recipe. Don’t forget to top it with some vanilla ice cream.
