Pina Colada Ambrosia Salad

Pina Colada Ambrosia Salad is a light and fluffy dessert perfect for Summer. I love a good cold dessert when it gets hot outside. But don’t get me wrong, this is one of my personal favorites, and I make it any chance I get, all year long.

Hide the Ambrosia Party Trick

When I make this recipe for a party, I set it out at the very back of the dessert table, way out of sight. Why, you ask? Because I wanted to take it home with me. Please tell me I am not the only one who does this? You got to hide the good stuff for yourself. : )

I could literally eat the entire bowl by myself. And there are not many foods I say that about. It is a texture thing for me. This Ambrosia has ingredients with all sorts of different textures, and they just mix together so well.

Ambrosia Ingredients

I am about to tell you a few of the ingredients, but you have got to stick with me. Between the pineapple, mini marshmallows, coconut, and the cottage cheese it is just so good. Cottage cheese?!? I know, it doesn’t sound like a dessert ingredient, but trust me. It does it.

What are you waiting for?!? Go grab your cottage cheese, and get to making this Pina Colada Ambrosia Salad! And remember to hide it. The good stuff always gets eaten first.
